You can copy, print and scan in the Library as well as at the floors of C2, C3, C4 and C5 with your Pay-Ex account. This account enables you to use our multiprinters for copying, scanning and printing in black and white or in colour, in A4 and A3 formats.
Setting up an account with PayEx
As a student or library visitor you must first set up an account with PayEx and connect it to our printers. If you already have a PayEx account, you just have to connect it to our printers, read below.
Create an account here: https://wallit.payex.com
If you are not a Swedish or Norwegian citizen, PayEx requires you to send them a copy of your id plus letter of acceptance/study certificate. You will receive an e-mail with further instructions when you have created the account.
Connecting your account with Campus Helsingborgs printers
In order to log on to our printers, and use your PayEx balance, you must activate an autopay agreement. To do this, you need to be connected to the wired LU network or by VPN.
The connection is made here: https://payprint.student.lu.se/pwuser/
Detailed instructions on activating the autopay agreement (pdf)
Note that if you have made the connection to other faculties within Lund University, you may have to do it again here to be able to print at Campus Helsingborg.

NB! Use the same e-mail address for both PayEx and the connection.
Select the printer “SecurePrint på uwap117” on the library computer. The documents you want to print are sent to the printing queue. Go to any of the new multiprinters and log in, either by placing your LU card on the card reader to the left or by logging in manually with your Student account, (former StiL-id ). Select the documents you want to print and click Print. The fee will only be deducted from your account once the document is actually printed.
Documents you send to the printing queue remain there for at least 24 hours.
Copy or scan!
Log in to the printer either by placing your LU card on the reader to the left or by entering your Student account, (former StiL-id ). Choose copy or scan. If you select “Send to me”, the scanned file will be sent to your student email address.
