WORKSHOP - How to act when the crises come
Welcome to a workshop on how to take action and operate in an ever-shifting and often confounding environment. The workshop includes a realistic crisis communication simulation.

In a tailor-made session for Lund University, an EU communication specialist will introduce participants to the principles of crisis communication and present some case studies of how they have been applied in the context of COVID communication.
Following this, participants will take place in a realistic crisis communication simulation, where they will take on the role of a communicator in the midst of a crisis. This dynamic experience will give students a taste of what it is like to be a crisis communicator, operating in an ever-shifting and often confounding environment.
