Learn more about:
As a student at Lund University you will be given a student account consisting of a username and password. The student account gives you access to e-mail, file storage, access cards, several computer rooms and the library's online services.
If you are a student at Lund University, you can get a personal access card, the LU card. The card is free and getting one is quick and easy
The LU card has several functions
- ID card within Lund University
- Access card to all premises you need for your studies
- Lending card for all libraries at the university
Photographs for the LU card are taken in room C146. Most students are scheduled to be photographed at the beginning of the semester. At other times during the semester you can get a LU card on Campus Helsingborg at the following times: Monday-Thursday: 10-11am.
Printers/copiers are located on floors C2-C5 and C7. On C2 they are located in the library and in the printer room in the south of C2, on the other floors they are just inside the door from the north staircase.
To print or copy you will need to create a PaperCut account or purchase vouchers.
Information about PaperCut and how to create an account and link it to Lund University's print and copy service can be found at www.print.lu.se/papercut.
The vast majority of printers use the pull print method. This means that prints are first sent to a server. The user then goes to the desired printer and requests the printout.
All group rooms at Helsingborg campus are available to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Staff do not book group rooms for teaching on the same day as they are to be used. This means that if the room is unbooked in the morning, it is available to students throughout the day. Scan the QR code outside to see if the room has been booked by staff. Unfortunately, as a student you cannot book a group room in advance.
If you need to borrow a computer for your studies, there are computer rooms on campus. Please note that these rooms may be booked for teaching. There are also 12 computers in the library, which can be used without a reservation. Lund University students log in with their student account.
