Helsingborg is one of Lund University's four campus locations. All of Lund University's nine faculties conduct some form of activity in Helsingborg, either in education, research or through collaborative activities.

Department of Service Studies
With almost 900 students, the Department of Service Studies (formerly the Department of Service Studies and Service Management) is the largest department on Campus Helsingborg. The department focuses education and research on customer-oriented service organisations, especially in rapidly growing service-intensive industries.

Department of Communication
The Department of Communication conducts Sweden's largest education and research activities in the research field of strategic communication. The department offers education at both undergraduate and graduate level and has postgraduate programmes.

School of Social Work
The School of Social Work has 1200 students in Helsingborg and Lund and has been operating in Helsingborg for 25 years. The largest programme is the Social Work Programme and they conduct research in the field of Social Work. The School of Social Work has extensive co-operation with universities and colleges around the world.

LTH – Faculty of Engineering
LTH is the country's third largest centre for higher technical education and research. At LTH in Helsingborg, higher education engineers are trained in fields of construction engineering, computer engineering and electrical engineering – automation.. They also provide a engineering preparatory year. Researchers from LTH are also active at Campus Helsingborg in the subject Packaging Logistics and in the Centre for Retail Research.

Department of Cultural Sciences
The Department of Cultural Sciences offers the Bachelor's Programme in Fashion Studies at Campus Helsingborg. An important part of the department's work is to emphasise humanistic perspectives and studies of culture and all its diverse manifestations and interpretations. The Division of Fashion Studies at Campus Helsingborg also conducts research in the subject.

Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law offers stand-alone courses, in swedish, in business law, labour law and criminal and procedural law at the Helsingborg campus. The Faculty also offers contract training for professionals, with the possibility of customising the courses.
Faculty of Science
The Faculty of Science offers a preparatory programme in natural science at Campus Helsingborg. The course guarantees a place in the Bachelor of Science programme and the Hospital Physics programme at Lund University.
Faculty of Medicine
The Faculty of Medicine offers a stand-alone course in Gerontology and Geriatrics at Campus Helsingborg. The course is aimed at health care professionals. Students in the medical programme study at Lasarettet in Helsingborg during semesters 6-9. The Faculty of Medicine also conduct research at the hospital in Helsingborg.

At Campus Helsingborg, researchers from the School of Economics and Management are active in the Centre for Retail Research, an interdisciplinary research environment of international excellence with a focus on Retail.

Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts
Researchers from the Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts in Malmö participate in the interdisciplinary network CROCUS, which focuses on cultural and creative industries. The network aims to create a dynamic and vibrant environment that strengthens both research and teaching at Campus Helsingborg.
