Reservaition of premesis

During the semester, the booking office is staffed between 09.00 and 16.00, Monday to Friday (with the exception of meetings or illness) and can be reached via lokalbokning@ch.lu.se. We will reply to your email no later than the working day after it is received. All bookings are made in the TimeEdit booking system.

Booking/ordering of premises

Schedule booking: Bookings that are to appear in the students' schedule are ordered via email to the room booking. LTH's schedule bookings are handled by their schedulers. You can reach them at schema [at] kansli [dot] lth [dot] se.

Room booking: Bookings that should not be included in a course schedule are called room bookings. You can make room bookings by emailing the room booking department, lokalbokning [at] ch [dot] lu [dot] se or via the TimeEdit website. Read more about how to book online here.
To book online, you need to have financial authorisation for the cost centre for which you want to book premises. Read more about financial authorisation.

Cancellation

If you cancel a premise more than 30 days in advance, no fee will be charged. If you cancel 30-14 days before, half the rent will be charged. If you cancel later than 14 days before, the full rental cost will be charged.

Booking reports

On the TimeEdit website, you can print reports for different courses, student groups, premises and staff, etc. Campus Helsingborg has two inputs in TimeEdit, one for students and one for staff. The student entrance is open, unlike the staff entrance which requires login with Lucat ID. The staff entrance provides more information and more search options. Some departments also have the possibility to edit texts themselves and replace staff etc. on the Campus - staff page
