In this project, we have explored how digital plattforms can support more sustainable modes of consumption, with a particular focus on food and mobility plattforms. Using ethnographic methods, we have examined how households engage with platforms related to local food, surplus food, and shared mobility, and the opportunities and challenges these platforms create for making everyday food and mobility practices more sustainable.
At the seminar we will present the project’s main findings, discuss them with our project partners, and briefly present three ongoing papers based on the empirical material. There will also be fika!
